A: If you encounter a suspicious listing or a seller asking for advance payments, please click the "Report Ad" button on the listing page immediately. Our trust and safety team will investigate.

A: You should verify the originals of the following:

• RC (Registration Certificate): Check if the chassis/engine number matches the car.

• Insurance Policy: Is it valid and transferable?

• Pollution Certificate (PUC).

• Service History: To verify genuine mileage.

A: NO. Never transfer money without physically seeing the vehicle and verifying the documents (RC, Insurance, etc.).

A: Click on the vehicle listing you are interested in. You will see a "Contact Seller" or "Chat" button. You may need to log in or verify your mobile number via OTP to view the seller's contact details.

A: Since we are a classifieds platform and not a dealership, we do not own or inspect the cars. All vehicles are sold "As Is" by the respective sellers. We strongly recommend you bring a mechanic to inspect the car before purchasing.

A: For Buyers: Yes, browsing listings and contacting sellers is completely free. For Sellers: You can post a basic listing for free. We also offer "Premium" and "Featured" listing packages for a fee if you want your ad to reach more people faster.
